Running the code

I'm new to jupyter and wanted to know if i could run this using python. Also, is there a tutorial on how to use on live data? Wanted to use this to forecast on stocks

Seems i need to use an older version of tensorflow. Any recommendations ? I've tried using tf_upgrade_v2 but it doesnt provide a quick solution and i think i still need to replace some functions.
